About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic Program Manager to orchestrate all learning workstreams for the launch of our new Arizona facility. This is a critical coordination role supporting the standup of a state-of-the-art pharmacy operation that will include Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities departments.
As the Program Manager, you won’t be creating training content—you’ll be the strategic orchestrator who ensures everything happens seamlessly between SOP publication and training execution. You’ll coordinate 20+ subject matter experts, manage complex timelines, prioritize content development workflows, and ensure quality across all learning programs before handoff to the site learning team.
Contract Duration: 6 months (April – September 2026), with potential extension based on project needs
Location: Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona area – Hybrid/flexible with up to 3 days per week onsite as needed

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with onsite teams. Travel to the Gilbert/Mesa facility will range from 0-3 days per week depending on vendor coordination, stakeholder meetings, and project phase requirements.
