About You:
BookNook is looking for a passionate person to take on and own all new customer launches from onboarding to implementation. This person will be responsible for the onboarding and implementation of each new BookNook customer. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, comfortable delivering a range of simple projects through to complex programs, and is excited about working alongside districts and school sites in a collaborative manner to implement our solution for K-8 schools.
What you will be doing:
Program Delivery Duties:
- Act as a strategic and consultative partner to district and school site contacts with the ability to provide solutions-focused recommendations at every stage of implementation
- Own onboarding and delivery for all BookNook Tutoring customers (enterprise and small/medium)
- Work cross functionally to ensure all requirements are met for successful customer launches
- Work with both small-medium and enterprise districts and internal teams to come up with a communication plan to begin tutoring for target students within a district
- Collaboratively establish structured rollout plans including user management, Professional Learning support, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery and that plans stay within the scope of the partnership
- Project Manage and develop implementation plans between district personnel and internal team members
- Ability to successfully handle multiple complex programs and tasks simultaneously
- Act as an escalation point for all delivery engagements
- Explore new solutions, including testing, design, modifications, and deployment required to meet both the company’s and client’s business requirements
- Utilize project management best practices to deliver within scope, cost and time
- Manage and track risk, identifying owners and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Understands the goals of the district and endeavors to deliver in alignment with those goals
- Work with the engineering team to ensure all rostering and student data is properly routed to BookNook applications
- Act as a primary point of contact during the implementation phase of delivery with the propensity to lean into crucial conversations that will result in the best outcomes for the customer and for BookNook
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure optimal customer experience and positive outcomes to drive renewals
- Demonstrate leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels

Managerial & People Leadership Duties:
- Lead and develop a team of one or more Associate Project Managers by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering professional growth.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting targets and continuously improving.
- Allocate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and ensure resources are optimally used to meet project deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes and project delivery by implementing best practices, streamlining communication, and promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and district personnel to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet evolving business requirements and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 5-7 years’ project management experience in a customer facing and consultative role
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to detail
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Desire to continue to build on project management fundamentals and grow into a PM leader within the organization
- Proficiency with and excitement about technology BEYOND Microsoft Office (i.e. Salesforce, Zapier, Google Suite)
- Demonstrated understanding of the K-12 education space
- Job Primary Location: Remote
- Ability to travel: 10-20%

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 – 95,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
