Quick Service Operations Trainer (Facilitator + Curriculum Developer Required)

Location: Savannah or Myrtle Beach
Position Type: Full-Time
Travel: Local travel between restaurant locations required

About the Role

We are seeking a professional trainer—not a restaurant manager who has trained on the side—to lead facilitation and curriculum development across multiple restaurant locations.

This role is ideal for someone who has formally trained teams in a restaurant environment, built structured training content, and thrives delivering engaging, high-impact sessions in fast-paced, multi-unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured, instructor-led training in both classroom and in-store environments
  • Facilitate sessions on:
    • Operational procedures
    • Food preparation and quality standards
    • Guest experience and service excellence
    • Food safety and sanitation
  • Design and develop training curriculum, including:
    • Facilitator guides
    • Participant materials
    • Job aids and SOP-based training tools
    • Basic assessments or certification checkpoints
  • Ensure training programs are consistent, repeatable, and scalable across locations
  • Partner with operations leaders to identify training gaps and performance needs
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching to reinforce training and drive behavior change
  • Support new store openings, retraining initiatives, and rollout of new programs
  • Track training completion and effectiveness

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years of dedicated training experience in a restaurant or quick service environment
  • Proven experience as a facilitator leading group training sessions (not just one-on-one training)
  • Demonstrated experience creating or contributing to training curriculum/materials
  • Experience working in a multi-unit restaurant environment
  • Ability to translate operations into clear, structured training content
  • Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills

This Role Is NOT For

  • Restaurant managers who occasionally trained team members
  • Candidates without formal facilitation experience
  • Individuals without experience creating structured training materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume quick service or fast-casual brands
  • Exposure to LMS platforms or structured training systems
  • Experience supporting new store openings or multi-location rollouts

What We’re Looking For

  • A true trainer who owns the room and drives engagement
  • Someone who can both build the content and deliver it effectively
  • High energy, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for developing people and improving operational performance

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to influence training across multiple locations
  • Hands-on role with both design and delivery ownership
  • Growth potential within a multi-unit organization
