Role Summary
The Sales Training and Development Program Manager is responsible for Sales Skills training program development and delivery for customer facing roles and other supporting functional teams. The role designs and delivers the content and training that supports the commercial organization’s strategy, values, and goals, providing teams with the necessary tools, skills, knowledge and information required to achieve brand, customer and experience-based goals. The role ensures successful delivery and continuous improvement of sales skill programs such as Pfizer Selling Skills Framework, Customer Experience, Strategic Selling, Strategic Customer Engagement, Negotiation Skills, etc.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,100.00 to $225,100.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
