Overview

As we expand our reach, we are seeking a Senior AI and Social Learning Lead to help us scale our manager development experience through direct application of social learning models and AI skilling.
This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Manager Development and is responsible fordesigning and activating social learning and AI-powered solutions that increase the efficiency, reach and peer to peer development programs – without compromising quality or engagement. This key role will lead the development of scalable, data-informed solutions that elevate the manager experience at Microsoft while setting best practices, defining standards for the integration of social learning and AI into managerdevelopment at the company.
The Senior AI and Social Learning Lead develops, guides, and manages development programs and initiatives for managers at Microsoft by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, evangelizing with senior stakeholders, and prioritizing work. This role leads the implementation of core development programs and systems leveraging social learning and AI methodology as applicable. The Senior AI and Social Learning Lead represents their domain as a thought leader in their area when reviewing learning and development solutions and best practices in the industry with internal and external clients. This role works across audiences (e.g.,businesses, segments, managers, HR etc.) to provide complex information by leveraging full subject-matter expertise. It also drives and builds on the collections, solutions and dissemination processes across audiences along established research-method guidelines.

Integrated Learning IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 – $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 – $222,600 per year.
