Job Purpose
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Senior Director, Program Management will oversee an enterprise PMO. This leader is responsible for ensuring effective, timely, and on-budget execution of programs, particularly product and services programs, that support the organization’s strategic goals. They will lead a cross-functional team across project management, tools and system development, and resource management with a clear mandate to deliver a wide portfolio of projects on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring consistent execution across all content areas.
This role is accountable for execution, serves as a strategic problem solver and operational enabler, and provides thought leadership in the use of tools, systems, and processes. The Senior Director will apply AI-enhanced planning tools and insights to optimize scheduling and resource allocation and will work closely with internal teams to ensure strong alignment between project planning and curriculum development workflows.

The expected base salary range for this position is $193,000-$212,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
