As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our organization. Leveraging your expertise in instructional design principles, learning technologies, and project management, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality training materials that meet strategic business objectives. This position requires a champion of consistency in instructional quality, mentoring others in design standards and act as a key partner in shaping the future of our internal learning strategy.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field, master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in instructional design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions.
    • Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.
    • Expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) and learning management system (LMS).
  • Skills
    • Ability to balance creativity with consistency and process, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and instructional principles.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
    • Proficiency in Google Workplace, Microsoft and project management programs.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
