As a Senior Instructional Designer, you’ll be part of a dynamic, global team that’s shaping how professionals in pharmaceutical and biotech companies learn, grow, and make a difference in patients’ lives.

  • Learning Innovation: Help us push the boundaries of L&D by leading the proposal and development of learning innovations, where appropriate for our clients (such as new styles/approaches or new uses of existing products).
  • Client Interaction: Participate in kick-offs, status calls, and any applicable review meetings with client teams that may consist of members from the Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory departments.
  • Sales Support: Participate in the development of sales proposals and presentations and the delivery of sales pitches.
