About the Position
The Senior Instructional Designer – Sales Capability role will support All Americas Sales (North America Consumer, Commercial, Retail, Commercial Tire Service Center [CTSC], Retread, Aviation, etc.) learning and development (L&D) initiatives by leading the creation of multi-channel learning solutions (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, content curation, etc.) that align with business needs and produce measurable results. The incumbent will accomplish these results by using instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and cognitive science to create learning experiences that drive performance change.
This role will partner with top-level business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to devise/implement multi-function comprehensive learning and evaluation strategies. The associate will proactively share expertise on adult learning theory, performance, and instructional design to drive business outcomes through learning and non-learning solutions.
The individual will manage several complex and multi-faceted projects/programs from beginning to end, including timelines, training approach, resources, SME feedback and review process, testing, rollout procedures, communication and development, etc.
