Joining Collibra’s Talent & Development team
Collibra is investing in impactful, scalable learning experiences that help our people grow and perform at their best. As part of the Talent Management & Development Team, you will lead initiatives that build core professional and leadership skills across the organization. We’re looking for a learning leader who brings both an engagement mindset and an outcome-driven approach, with the ability to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact development programs—in person, virtually, and through self-paced learning. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, shape learning solutions, and connect development to business priorities.
This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
