What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant 1 to join our Corporate Ethics and Compliance (CEC) team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary driver of our global CEC training and communication strategy. This includes topics covering Ethics, Compliance, Privacy, Financial Crimes, and Anti-Fraud Program initiatives—expanding efforts in ethics and investigations program awareness and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Communication Development

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate delivery methods.
  • Design and produce online courses, infographics, videos, job aids, and other content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Build engaging, interactive training using eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and translation of all materials.
  • Implement training across the enterprise, managing enrollment and tracking completion for CEC courses.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance data; apply findings to future programs.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead global training and communication projects in collaboration with CEC management and business partners.
  • Develop topic‑specific training and communication plans and recommend appropriate channels and methods.
  • Support annual training plan execution, manage new‑hire training curriculum, and maintain compliance reporting for online courses.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Build strong relationships globally across business units and local HR/ISR/compliance partners.
  • Ensure training and communication materials are culturally appropriate and translated for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with eLearning, learning & development, and communication teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Mentor others in the L&D community and support SCBU and PGS teams to coordinate material timing and delivery.

Consultation & Facilitation

  • Advise CEC team members on presentations, newsletters, workshops, and communication strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings, classroom sessions, and virtual training.
  • Contribute to other related duties and special projects as needed.

Who You Are

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 6+ years of direct training experience.
  • Proven experience as an eLearning designer, training coordinator/facilitator, communications professional, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience applying adult learning principles to training design
  • Experience with multiple eLearning platforms; advanced Articulate required.
  • Experience using an LMS to administer course delivery; familiarity with HCM–Learn (Oracle) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with intermediate–advanced Excel skills required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and create materials such as communication plans, infographics, and job aids.
  • Ability to quickly learn and simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet recurring deadlines.
  • Proven ability to apply corporate brand guidelines to training and communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with employees at all levels, including business unit leadership.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. 

Salary Range (Non-Exempt Expressed As Hourly; Exempt Expressed As Yearly)

$89300 – $120650 / year 

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical work week) from Des Moines, IA.
