Job Description Summary:
The Senior Learning Specialist manages the Breakthru Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, ongoing maintenance, technical troubleshooting, integrations, stakeholder management, and help desk support. They consult with stakeholders to identify training needs, curate and implement effective learning solutions in the LMS, and measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance. This position is responsible for LMS support, design, development, delivery, curation, and maintenance of content, assets, and resources used enterprise wide.
