Description

Plans, assigns, and manages curriculum integration projects; provides consultative support to staff as needed; ensures that staff is properly trained, and that assigned program uses current best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience in teaching, school counseling, supervision, or administration in a related specialty.
    • Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
  • Postgraduate educational license with endorsement(s) appropriate to assignment.
  • Knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of the education field to which assigned.
  • Knowledge of related laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and supervise programs.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
  • Ability to plan and conduct in-service and professional development activities.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain collaboration working relationships across the Division.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, provide professional development, and/or present information to groups.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Preferred

  • Endorsement in administration and supervision PreK-12.
