Overview:
The Senior Manager, Learning and Development, is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating people and training programs, leading organizational development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This position will be expected to come in and learn about existing programs, make enhancements to those programs, and build a learning strategy for our Retail, Store Support (HQ), and Distribution Center workforces as we work to build and grow Fleet Feet’s talent bench. This role is highly collaborative, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys driving alignment, proactively overcommunicating with key stakeholders, and actively contributing to both the process and the solutions.
This position is hybrid, with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week.
