The Opportunity
Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Senior Instructional Designer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide Campus. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, adult learning-focused online courses. You will collaborate daily with instructional designers, faculty developers, media specialists, contractors, and IDD leadership to ensure excellence in course design and delivery.
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will lead quality assurance efforts, mentor junior instructional designers, and guide course production projects from conception through deployment. You will have the chance to innovate and apply best practices in instructional design, working within a dynamic team environment and across multiple academic programs.
This role offers an opportunity to influence teaching and learning strategies at a university renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and innovation in online education.
Location: Worldwide Campus – primarily remote with collaborative in-person engagements as needed

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is up to $59,760. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
