We’re looking for a Sr. Learning Technology Manager who is customer-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we make content and education available to employees, customers, and partners when they need it. The right candidate will help establish, influence, and drive our learning technology strategy and roadmap. This includes identifying and implementing learning technology solutions, tools, and platforms as well as staying abreast of and piloting emerging technologies. You will be creative, not afraid to roll-up sleeves, and have demonstrated drive to solve real customer problems and revolutionize learning experiences. This individual will need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and have what it takes to challenge status-quo. With this career opportunity, you will leverage your skills and experiences to help build and maintain solutions in a growing organization that delivers incredible results. This individual contributor role will report into the Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) Team as part of the global Customer Experience organization comprising Technical Services, Advanced Services, PEAK, and Customer Success. What You Bring To The Team
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, Lehi or Raleigh North Carolina office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$94,000 – $202,000 USD
