Job Description

Senior Learning Services Delivery Manager

The Senior Learning Services Delivery Manager leads a team of Training & Delivery Specialists and Onboarding Specialists while delivering expert-level learning solutions for highly complex needs. This role applies innovative instructional design, market-informed learning strategies, and strong people leadership to create tailored, high-quality onboarding and education programs. The role ensures delivery excellence, adherence to budgets and schedules, effective assessment practices, and cross-functional alignment to drive measurable business and learner outcomes.

Your role:

  • Manage, coach, and grow Training & Delivery and Onboarding Specialists, setting expectations, giving feedback, and ensuring role clarity and workload balance.
  • Provide strategic oversight for instructional design and blended learning, using adult-learning and competency-based models to align programs with business and compliance goals.
  • Oversee instructor-led, virtual, and blended delivery plus accurate, timely administrative onboarding and transition to role readiness (capacity planning, scheduling, delivery readiness).
  • Establish quality standards and governance, adopt best practices and technologies, and use learner feedback and KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, SMEs, and cross-functional teams as a trusted advisor on learning strategy, policies, and change initiatives.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in areas such as Learning Services, Training Delivery, Education Field or equivalent
  • Experience in corporate learning strategy development and executive-level collaboration.
  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay ranges for this position are:

  • $106,875 to $171,000 (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV)
  • $112,500 to $180,000 (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY)
  • $118,125 to $189,000 (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA)
  • $126,000 to $201,600 (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ)

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
