Position Overview: 

As a Talent Management System Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our talent management technology platforms that drive learning, succession planning, performance management, and workforce development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation, continual improvement, and data-driven insights of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and system support for talent management platforms including Learning Management Systems (LMS), tuition management, succession planning, and performance management systems.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s LMS (e.g., system configuration, user permissions, integrations, data management and reporting).
  • Collaborate with Team Resources Technology, Information Systems, Team Resources Analytics, and Organizational Development & Learning teams to ensure optimal application performance and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Work with development and training teams to upload, test, and deploy learning content (eLearning, videos, documents, SCORM packages).
  • Manage course creation, enrollment rules, learning paths, and certifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, timely archiving, and audit-readiness of training records.
  • Manage third-party learning content (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, compliance libraries, etc.) within the LMS.
  • Manage system access, personalization, configurations, and overall system operations.
  • Lead installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades of talent management applications and modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and issues while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop, generate, and maintain custom and standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support organizational development programs and initiatives.
  • Extract and analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and partner with analytics teams to support strategic workforce planning and development.
  • Ensure all systems function at peak efficiency to meet both user and organizational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data collection, system administration, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Strong digital literacy with the ability to engage users effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information persuasively to various audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Reside in the state of Florida (remote position)

Experience:

Required – 5 years’ experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems

Education:

Required – Bachelor’s Degree in business, data analytics, system administration, workforce analytics, instructional design or related field
