What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Trainer & Instructional Designer. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering engaging, results-driven learning experiences across the organization. The position is approximately 70% focused on in-person training facilitation and 30% on instructional design and content development. The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator who can build meaningful connections with learners, translate complex processes into accessible content, and design training programs that drive performance and engagement. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), team leads, and key stakeholders to ensure all learning initiatives align with organizational goals and the evolving needs of our workforce. The Trainer & Instructional Designer reports directly to the Director of CX Content, Learning & Development.
