Position Summary:
As a Content Developer on our training team, you will create impactful learning solutions for the Revenue Team by identifying key skill gaps and opportunities. The Content Developer will design high-quality training curriculum tailored to enhance essential knowledge and skills, driving improved revenue performance, productivity, and directly support company growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop interactive training exercises and courses for both live presentation and e-learning to increase the revenue’s team mastery of key skill sets
- Keep current on training trends, developments, and best practices
- Learn and understand the SPS Sales Model
- Ability to translate changes in products/ technology into relevant training material.
- Develop training for revenue team on how to explain complex product information to non-technical audiences
- Commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability
- Collaborate often with the Revenue Leaders and SMEs and other departments
- Ability to prioritize workload and optimally balance competing priorities to meet goals
- Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability, not hesitant to get hands-on
- Coordinate logistics for training launches and execution
Where You’ll Work:
This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience in corporate training environment with a focus on Revenue training
- Demonstrated experience managing medium projects directly and through others
- Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams
- Comfort with learning management systems (Workday preferred), data, and analytics to provide insight on training opportunities
- Experience working in a technology organization and high-growth environment
What We Offer:
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee’s compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300 – $85,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
