What to Expect

We’re looking for a responsible, curious, and innovative Leadership and Management Training Instructor who has experience in planning and executing leadership development programs. You’ll work directly with leaders and teams across multiple business units to accelerate capability, strengthen culture, and deliver learning experiences that drive measurable results. 

This role blends consulting, program and training development, and facilitation — from leading targeted training initiatives to owning structured programs that scale. What You’ll Do

  • Design Learning Experiences: Apply frameworks such as ADDIE and 4MAT to build engaging, outcome-based learning experiences. Consult and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions 
  • Deliver and Facilitate Development Programs: Lead classroom, 1-1, and large audience sessions related to leadership, communication, team management, and culture building. Adopt content and delivery to diverse audiences while maintaining consistency across locations  
  • Guide Career Development: Own the end-to-end experience for employees on a management career pathway from coordination and facilitation to measurement and iteration. Be prepared to support and advise employees about their career pathways and leadership ambitions  
  • Measure Impact: Use Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, learning, behavior change, and business impact 
  • Partner Across Business Units: Consult with leaders and HR partners to identify development needs, connect participants to available resources, create and deploy programs that improve performance and collaboration 
  • Execute with Precision: Manage logistics, communications, scheduling, and data tracking for assigned programs. Build feedback loops that continuously improve delivery and scale 
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze program data and participant feedback, as well as emerging leadership trends to recommend enhancements in content, delivery, and infuse fresh insights into training programs. Lead post-program debriefs with business units to refine strategies, ensuring leadership development evolves in alignment with shifting organizational priorities 

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is preferred  
  • 5 plus years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a Leadership role in a fast-paced, high-change environment 
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs using frameworks such as ADDIE, 4MAT, and Kirkpatrick 
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with ability to engage both frontline employees and senior leaders 
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution, including research, logistics, communication, delivery, and evaluation 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, systems and creative thinking, initiation and relationship-building skills Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and builds clarity through action
