The Role
PA Health is searching for a VP, Learning Experience Designer to lead the Learning Solutions team in developing and executing cutting-edge learning and instructional design strategies. This role will oversee the creation of compelling, evidence-based educational experiences, leveraging the latest in instructional design, and digital engagement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing product and disease as well as professional skills-based training programs for a variety of US and global audiences in the pharmaceutical (or related life science) industry, and a proven ability to drive innovative learning solutions in a fast-paced agency setting.
This is a hybrid position with the ability to work from any of our JPA Health offices (DC, NYC, Boston or Philadelphia) twice a week.

Strategic Planning:
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing Learning Solutions team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Conduct performance assessments, including development of written review and live presentation and discussion.
Client Engagement: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored learning solutions that drive impact and helping to proactively identify opportunities to elevate and expand learning solutions in collaboration with client service team
