Technical Instructional Designer

We’re seeking a technical instructional designer who can create learning experiences that make AI, machine learning, and data science tools accessible and engaging.

What you’ll do:

Use your technical knowledge to collaborate with SMEs to design training materials using Python, Jupyter notebooks, AI/ML concepts, etc

Translate complex technical topics into clear, learner-friendly content

Collaborate with diverse, global teams to develop and refine curriculum

Maintain development schedules, stay on task, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones

Manage feedback, evaluation, and collaborative improvement of learning materials

Ensure high-quality, learner-centered designs aligned with identified goals

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Python, Jupyter, and AI/ML applications in learning

Needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development expertise

Curriculum development experience tailored to organizational needs

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
