A Glimpse of the Job
Mays Business School is seeking talented Instructional Designers levels II & III, to independently participate in the design and development of innovative, high-quality online, hybrid, and face-to-face learning content in alignment with instructional design and pedagogical best practices. Our Instructional Designers work in partnership with faculty, subject matter experts, and the Mays Business School staff to develop digitally enhanced courses that promote student engagement and interactivity with course content, peers, and instructors for programs, departments, and units across Mays Business School. Through the learning design process, you will collaborate with faculty to create high-quality learning experiences and materials that align with program objectives and you may research and evaluate emerging instructional design innovations as well as organize, prioritize, and coordinate course development deliverables. Our Instructional Designers are passionate about designing learning content and promoting student engagement while developing faculty resources and training materials to support the design process.
