The opportunity
As Associate Dean (AD), Acadedmic Effectiveness, you are a full-time member of university staff responsible for supporting the operational needs, strategic direction, and faculty and student projects of Southern New Hampshire University’s online Global Campus (GC). As AD, you will help accomplish operational-level projects. You’ll collaborate across departments and demonstrate a commitment to the faculty and student experience at SNHU.
You will manage adjunct instructors and are comfortable working in networked teams on a variety of projects. Your work will focus on building cross-functional support, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and bringing forward innovative ideas. Reporting to a Senior Associate Dean, you’ll be part of the team dedicated to the engagement, oversight, and support of SNHU’s online adjunct faculty population.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $83,071.00 – $132,940.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $91,794.00 – $124,192.00.
