Job Overview
The Director of Frontline Curriculum is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the capabilities of T-Mobile’s sales teams and frontline employees. This role exists to ensure that frontline representatives possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles and drive business success. By creating and delivering effective training initiatives, the Director enables frontline employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales effectiveness, and contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.

Base Pay Range: $184,100 – $249,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
