About the role
Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs within a business unit. Plays a critical role in driving employee development, enhancing organizational performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Collaborates with senior leaders, project managers, peers within the Digital Product team, and HR teams to identify training needs, develop strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning initiatives.

The compensation range for this role is (based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois):
$90,107.00 – $130,156.00 per year
The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus.
