The Contract Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training content to support AE Perkins’ goals for employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and knowledge of new products, processes, and procedures. This is a part-time, temporary, short-term, independent contract role that will work on individual training projects on an as-needed basis. This role combines facilitation, instructional design, and content management expertise, using various platforms and tools to provide impactful training through both live and online formats. The Contract Learning & Development Specialist will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, curate and create engaging content, and meet rigorous key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure training success.

The pay rate for this temporary position is set to be $35.00/hour for the duration of the project.
