As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the execution of our learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and other training programs for Optiver. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Recruiting, and operational functions to deliver engaging programs at scale that result in a high-quality experience for participants.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator your key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, and teams across the business to deliver programs that make a real difference, while gaining valuable exposure to a variety of people-focused initiatives
  • Help coordinate and deliver learning programs that support our people and business goals
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, materials, and participant experience
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to keep programs on track and impactful
  • Support the creation of engaging resources and training content
  • Contribute to program evaluation by gathering and sharing insights to continuously improve
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with colleagues across the business

Who you are:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, project management, learning and development, or human resources
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and tech-savvy, with an interest in using new tools to enhance learning
  • Flexible and adaptable when things change, with sound judgment in uncertain situations
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor work authorization for this role)

Below is the expected base salary for this position. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above. 

Base Salary Range

$70,000—$85,000 USD
