A Taste of What You’ll Do
Join our team as a Learning & Development Specialist and help shape the skills that power our operations. You’ll assist with implementing and maintaining training programs, review and edit course materials for clarity and professional quality, and recommend improvements that boost comprehension and on-the-job performance. Working across functions, you’ll support formal training in areas like FSMA, EHS, Production, Quality, and Maintenance, and help bring Training Within Industry (TWI) on-the-job practices to life.
You’ll help execute curriculum and deliver training to audiences with varied experience levels, manage training schedules, and ensure employees—from new hires and seasonals to operation leaders—receive timely, effective instruction. Using evaluation procedures aligned with organizational guidelines, you’ll gather and analyze training metrics, maintain accurate records, and present insights to stakeholders so program success and trainee progress are clearly understood.
This role asks for a continuous improvement mindset: evaluate current materials, lead special training projects, and partner with teams to enhance processes within your area of responsibility. Reliable attendance, timeliness, and adherence to quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements are essential. If you thrive on improving learning experiences and translating training into measurable performance, we want to hear from you. Apply today to make an impact across our operations.
