Built for Learners is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented freelance generalist who thrives in a fast-moving, creative, and operationally complex environment.
This role blends creative work, workflow support, content management, client communication, and platform operations. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, course producers, and clients across a range of projects – from online course build-outs to CRM tracking to course content assets.
We’re a small team of course producers who love building great online learning experiences. We specialize in end-to-end course creation – from strategy and scripting to production, marketing, and operation. We value clear communication and collaborative problem-solving throughout various phases of fast-paced, learner-centered work.
➡️ Help build and maintain online courses through learning management system platforms
➡️ Assist with production workflows and content operations, including asset organization and pipeline support
➡️ Produce graphic design assets and handle basic video edits (for social, web, and brand)
➡️ Assist with marketing goals informed by social, web, and platform analytics
➡️ Build, improve, and maintain organized, accurate datasets related to company and course goals
➡️ Support client meetings and assist with follow-ups
➡️ Contribute to project-management processes and task coordination
➡️ Provide customer service and community-management support as needed
✅ Proven ability to work across creative, operational, and organizational tasks
✅ Strong communication and comfort collaborating in remote settings
✅ Experience with Google Workspace suite, project-management tools, and CRM systems
✅ Familiarity with online course platforms
✅ Basic design or video editing capabilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-moving environments
