Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Curriculum Development Manager to join our team who will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative, and interactive learning experiences for our customers. This role will support the Customer Education & Certification function, will focus on customer-facing deliverables, and is aligned to the Customer Success organization.

You are a passionate and innovative curriculum developer with a strong foundation in adult learning principles and a proven ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences for technical audiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities with exceptional organization and attention to detail. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team and consistently deliver high productivity and quality work.
You are highly skilled in using a variety of course authoring and multimedia tools, and enjoy consulting and collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful educational solutions. Your approach is creative and adaptable, always seeking new ways to enhance the learner experience across different modalities and drive education execution and outcomes.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $123,100 USD – $185,000 USD
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.
The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
