We are seeking a Senior Learning Design Professional who partners with Tech leaders, subject matter experts, and associates to address skilling gaps and advance workforce capability through effective, strategic, learner-centered solutions. This role designs and delivers scalable learning experiences that support skilling across the Tech organization. Leveraging a consulting approach, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices, the Senior Learning Design Professional partners with stakeholders to support business objectives.
The Senior Learning Design Professional is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that enable technical and professional skill development for Tech associates. This role applies a consultative approach to assess learning needs, define learning objectives, and recommend appropriate learning strategies aligned to business goals.
The role designs and develops engaging, learner-centered learning experiences across modalities—including eLearning, instructor-led and virtual training, mobile learning, and performance support tools—using industry-standard learning design technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional content, storyboards, scripts, and supporting materials, as well as facilitating live and virtual learning experiences or guiding facilitators as needed. The role leverages AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and learning impact and operates with considerable autonomy, exercising sound judgment in managing priorities, execution approaches, and moderately complex learning design challenges.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 – $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
