About the Role:
Pearson Virtual Schools (PVS) is hiring seasonal, temporary team members to support Connections Academy, a leading online public-school program serving students and families nationwide. The Training and Quality Specialistplays a pivotal role in supporting the operational excellence of Pearson Virtual Schools’ K–12 programs by designing and delivering training that equips teams to provide a high‑quality, empathetic, and results‑driven enrollment experience. Reporting directly to the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance, this role strengthens team capabilities by creating learning experiences that reflect the fast‑paced, customer‑focused nature of our work. This role is ideal for individuals who are strong problem‑solvers who thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment. They are able to curate visual graphics that enhance training engagement and elevate content quality. They communicate clearly, work confidently across multiple systems, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. Reliability, responsiveness, and a results‑oriented mindset are essential to supporting families and driving enrollment outcomes.
Hours & schedule for the role may vary based on business need between 7 am -6pm Eastern Time.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, and location.
The full-time salary range for this role is USD 60,000 – 65,000 annually.
