Job Description
The Instructional Designer is responsible for working collaboratively with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners in the systematic design and development of instructional materials and experiences, both digital & physical, in a consistent and iterative fashion that enables efficient, effective, and engaging adult learning. The role will be responsible for creating and overseeing the organization’s development process, reviewing, innovating, and expanding Service, Claims, Sales Development, and external Agency-facing training collateral, implementing advancements and quantifying its success. Additionally, the Designer will act as a peer mentor for trainers and subject matter experts on adult learning and instructional design best practices. Finally, the individual will partner with various stakeholders to build the appropriate infrastructure to support, sustain, and enhance the organization’s current learning environment.

Salary Range
The pay range for this position is $79,000 to $105,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
