Position: Senior Instructional Designer
The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of learning programs, with a strong focus on creating engaging and scalable eLearning solutions. This role partners closely with business partners and subject matter experts to diagnose needs and deliver innovative learning experiences that support business strategy. The Senior Instructional Designer also consults with the Learning and Development (L&D) team providing expertise in instructional design best practices, enhancing existing in person and virtual training, and supporting key aspects of Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
