As Associate Director, Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy, you will oversee an L&D Strategy function that identifies performance gaps, designs high-impact learning solutions, and delivers programs that strengthen leadership, accelerate change adoption, and elevate team effectiveness. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and external vendors as a trusted advisor—aligning priorities, shaping investment decisions, and ensuring learning drives real outcomes, not just completion rates.
