Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join BILL’s Business & Organizational Capability team, dedicated to driving high performance, growth, and engagement across the organization. As a Senior Learning & Development Program Manager, you will shape and implement programs that accelerate skill development and build the capabilities critical for BILL’s future. This role offers the opportunity to connect strategy with daily impact, helping our teams unlock their full potential while positioning BILL as a leader in talent development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design impactful learning and development programs aligned with BILL’s strategic priorities and talent needs
  • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide training initiatives, from needs assessment to facilitation and measurement
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify capability gaps and craft tailored solutions for diverse employee segments
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, drawing actionable insights to optimize content and delivery methods
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver high-value resources that support career development
  • Champion inclusive, engaging learning experiences that drive adoption, continuous improvement, and employee growth
  • Advise managers and people leaders on coaching, feedback, and team development best practices
  • Docebo & LinkedInLearning (Learning Management System) Administrative Tasks & Optimization

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in developing, launching, and scaling learning programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to analyze program data, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements for impact
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to connect at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented, growth mindset
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$111,400 – $139,700 USD
