As a Learning & Development Program Specialist, you’ll be a critical execution partner within the Global L&D organization—coordinating, supporting, and driving program operations that enable our regional and global learning strategies to succeed.

Reporting into the Learning Program Lead (and partnering with L4 Program Managers), your role centers on delivering operational and executional support for key learning initiatives across multiple business lines (Mobility, Delivery, Safety & Strategic projects, etc.). You will help ensure programs are deployed smoothly, learning compliance is met, and reporting drives decision-making.

This is a role for a detail-oriented, proactive contributor who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about impact through enablement.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

—- What the Candidate Will Do —-

  • Program Coordination: Manage timelines, task execution, and delivery logistics for multiple concurrent learning initiatives.
  • Executional Support: Collaborate with Program Managers and Program Lead to deliver against project milestones, monitor program health, and escalate risks.
  • Operational Excellence: Track and report training completion, compliance, and feedback using standard dashboards and data tools.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Delivery, Ops, Translation, Design) to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
  • Communications: Draft and manage rollout communications, stakeholder updates, and intake documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend optimizations in program workflows, tracking tools, or intake systems.
  • Tool Utilization: Use JIRA, LMS platforms, and Google Suite tools to manage and report on program execution.

—- Basic Qualifications —-

  • At least 3 years of experience in training & development
  • Some experience designing learning materials
  • Previous facilitation experience

—- Preferred Qualifications —-

  • 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program/Project Management, or People Operations.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, time-sensitive initiatives.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, learning tools, and project management systems (e.g. JIRA, Google Drive).
  • Strong communication, time management, teamwork,  collaboration, and prioritization skills
  • Some business or creative writing experience
  • Relevant training certifications
  • Stakeholder management and project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences.
  • Experience supporting large-scale rollouts or operational initiatives across regions or teams.
  • Prior exposure to a global, matrixed business environment preferred.
  • Experience in data and insights in an L&D or people-related role
  • Experience with project intake/learning needs analysis
