Job Description 

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 – $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.  Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.  Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Training Specialist

Training Lead who will focus on guiding employees through training and user enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a utility player who has experience with demand deadlines, managing deliverables to a timeline, guiding users and expectations, organizing training and workshops, working as part of a cross functional team. This role aligns with the Organizational Change Management team within the Titan Transformation Program. 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide leadership, technical project coordination, and consultative services; liaise with cross-functional work teams, key stakeholders and subject matter experts at an enterprise level to develop course specifications and gather course content
  • Assist with training lead with Project management, development, user course content, train-the-trainer content, and job aids for multiple products for multiple domains in various formats
  • Deliver training invites, surveys, submit training credit and following up on user solution acceptance and training feedback
  • Engages in on-site Power User alignment. Provides Power Users with content, and training that enables them to lead the train the trainer model and enhances productivity and adoption.
  • Assist with training needs analyses to ensure that all training materials are highly targeted to the audience’s needs.
  • Maintain course content for technical solutions to reflect the latest solution 
  • Assist with communicating training, timelines and user expectations
  • Provide creative ideas and thinking to the training strategy to better support the user’s experience.
  • Contribute to and assist in the delivery of effective and sustainable training courses and curriculum.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience implementing SAP solutions or similar preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in user-focused change management at an enterprise level preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience effectively managing projects, software-user curriculum design, development, and delivery with a range of stakeholders required.
  • High level of flexibility, creativity and dependability required.
  • Superior business writing and technical writing skills in English required.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other automation development tools. 
  • Experience in rapid agile development and quick turnaround of training deliverables required.
  • Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into all learning programs a plus.
  • Experience using effective project management techniques to organize training projects and to ensure quality required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools suite.
  • A focus on succeeding as part of a team required.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development; or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time
