We’re searching for a Training & Development Operations Specialist (LMS Admin). We are seeking a high-agency, systems-thinking training operations Specialist to serve as the architect and primary administrator of our learning ecosystem. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in the technical details of learning systems but understands the “why” behind talent development. You will be the “glue” between our Training and Talent Development strategy and the tech stack that delivers it.
As our Workday LEARN expert, you won’t just maintain a system; you will ensure it is a force multiplier for our workforce. You will also act as a data storyteller, translating complex learning metrics into clear narratives for leadership.

Required Qualifications
The base salary range for this position is $83,000 – $120,500 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
