Job Description
The Student Instructional Designer will use evidence-based practices to plan, design, develop, and support the delivery of professional learning experiences for cohort students. This professional will collaborate with subject matter experts, K20 Center staff, and other stakeholders to identify meaningful learning outcomes and select the most appropriate instructional approach (face-to-face, hybrid, or online) to realize those objectives fully. The Student Instructional Designer will utilize learner-centered instructional practices that foster higher-order thinking through real-world connections and substantive conversations that increase the depth of knowledge.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
