Job Summary
The Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine (SFESOM) Curriculum team is seeking three managers, one to support each of the three phases of the medical education curriculum. More details on each of the phases are available online here.
The phase manager position involves serving as a key contact and resource for phase and course directors, providing essential administrative and logistical support, and facilitating effective communication among faculty, staff, and students. The manager will oversee the creation of yearly academic calendars, coordinate room scheduling, and manage exam administration and longitudinal courses. Responsibilities also include some supervisory obligations, organizing curriculum subcommittee meetings, maintaining curriculum maps, and supporting continuous program improvement and supporting the development of parallel programs at branch campuses. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and continuous enhancement of the SFESOM MD Program.
