What You’ll Do
Saga Education will be launching our inaugural team in Prince George’s County in 2025. As the inaugural Director of Programs you will be charged with establishing Saga as a strong partner with the district as well as responsible for ensuring the fidelity of Saga’s program implementation (related to systems/procedures, culture, academics, etc.) across all Saga sites in Prince George’s County. Reporting to the Senior Director of Programs, the Director of Programs will collaborate with all Saga departments to ensure that every site’s needs are met and that all site operations and tutorials are implemented with a high level of rigor and success. You will also collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team to support the health, culture, and success of the organization as a whole.
