Position Summary:
EverDriven is seeking a creative, hands-on Learning & Leadership Development professional to design and deliver bold, modern, and memorable learning experiences that strengthen leadership culture and professional capability across the organization.
The Learning & Development Partner is a high-impact individual contributor who partners closely with stakeholders to assess needs, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative, learner-centered solutions. This role drives the full journey – from strategy to execution – developing engaging, multi-modal learning experiences that blend creativity, technology, and design thinking. The ideal candidate brings fresh approaches to leadership learning, translating business goals into dynamic experiences that inspire growth, foster culture, and build lasting capability.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location – Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role – 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
