Responsibilities
About the role
GM Financial is targeting significant growth as it transforms the Protection/Insurance Products into a full captive platform. Our team is responsible for bringing the branded General Motors F&I products to market and we work hands on with our dealer partners to improve performance in their F&I department. As the E-Learning Developer and LMS Administrator you will be responsible for working with the larger learning and development team to design, support, and maintain content for our products, systems, and sales enablement. You will work to create program evaluation, and course maintenance for internal and external training pieces.The Learning Consultant II will be pivotal in enhancing our educational offerings by creating engaging learning experiences, overseeing the administration of internal GM Protection and external GM Protection enrolled Dealership facing Learning Management Systems
