  • Customize and assign role-based learning paths aligned with accreditation requirements and organizational competencies, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analytics for all learning activities.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to measure program effectiveness, ROI, and LMS utilization; leverage data analytics to identify trends, improve learning outcomes, and inform decision-making.
  • Integrate operational performance insights—such as QA calibration results, Workforce Management coordination, handle time, first call resolution (FCR), adherence, and QA scores—into training design and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide go-live support, demonstrations, guided practice, and ongoing training to employees and managers on LMS functionality and learning tools.
  • Support organizational audits and accreditation activities (e.g., URAC) by ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of training compliance and learning data.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for LMS administration, security roles, user groups, and related system interactions; partner with L&OD leadership to standardize governance practices across learning teams.
  • Ensure all training environments, materials, screenshots, and assets adhere to PHI redaction standards and corporate healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, innovation, and collaboration by embedding change management principles into learning strategies and staying current with emerging L&D trends and technologies.
