Real L&D Challenges. Practical Ways to Solve Them.

Hundreds of employees to onboard on a deadline. Frontline workers with no personal device. An SME's raw slides, sitting on your desk again — often with no one to compare notes with.

The free Spring L&D Launch Bootcamp, running October 13–22, is a 3-week program built around exactly these three real-world challenges: mass onboarding, deskless worker training, and working with subject matter experts. Each session centers on a real case, your own take on it, expert insights, and a home assignment you apply directly to your job.

Across the three workshops, you'll learn how to:

  • Build an onboarding process that actually works for seasonal workers, interns, and project teams
  • Organize mass onboarding on a tight deadline without cutting corners
  • Make training accessible for deskless workers who don't have a personal device or fixed workstation
  • Support on-the-job training and shared-device learning
  • Set clear requirements and structure collaboration when working with SMEs
  • Build a repeatable content workflow instead of starting from scratch each time

The bootcamp closes with a networking session in Miro, where you'll compare approaches with other L&D and instructional design professionals working through the same problems. You'll walk away with workshop materials, templates, and checklists you can use immediately, a look at how these approaches run inside iSpring LMS, and a certificate if you complete the optional learning path and assignments.

Date: October 13th-22nd
