Learning Designer

 We’re Nix. We’re an addiction recovery app that’s focused on helping millions of people recover from substance abuse through learning about different topics that will help them in recovery and using an AI chat that’s trained on addiction. 

We’re looking for a learning designer to help us take the topics that we have and turn them into lessons in an app based story format with voiceover audio and graphics, animations and videos and texts for the lessons. We’re flexible in what that looks like. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to derive a lesson plan
• Storyboard the lesson including voiceover script
• Work with graphic designers and copywriters to create lessons
• Work with developer to implement
• Identify and develop related tools
• Make sure Bo (AI Agent) is fed the content. ask questions about that lesson
• Lead feedback rounds with stakeholders

Your Background:

• You have experience taking subjects and condensing it to a lesson
• You have experience storyboarding lessons
• You have experience collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, and voice actors
• You can work with talented subject matter experts to make sure their expertise is represented
• You can take feedback and adjust your work accordingly
