Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Learning Content, reports directly to the Director of Learning Experience Design, and will assume a pivotal role in driving large-scale content design projects aimed at elevating the organization’s learning programs. This role entails leveraging extensive expertise in Learning & Development processes to spearhead content creation initiatives. The commitment to continuous improvement, combined with an innovative mindset, will guide the individual in iteratively enhancing the organization’s learning materials. Utilizing cutting-edge instructional design methods, including Design Thinking, the individual will meticulously craft and deliver compelling learning experiences. The overarching mission is to ensure that learners consistently develop their skills, confidence, and enthusiasm as they engage with the content.
